1 Right of withdrawal
(a) Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The following applies to deliveries:
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took delivery of the last shipment.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took delivery of the first shipment.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lebensmittelretten ECOPLUS UG (GmbH), Taylorstr 13, 14195 Berlin, support@sirplus.de) by a clear statement (e.g. postal letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may (but do not have to) use the attached sample cancellation form.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires. You can also use this form
to cancel your subscription.
(b) Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we have received your notice of cancellation of this contract, refund you all payments received including shipping costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the cheapest standard shipping method offered by us). For this repayment, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only pay for the loss in value of the goods if the loss in value is caused by handling the goods without checking their quality, properties and functioning.
2 Exclusion of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
For the delivery of non-prefabricated goods, the production of which is at your personal choice or decision or is expressly tailored to your personal needs,
For the delivery of goods that may quickly deteriorate or will soon exceed their expiration date,
For the delivery of sealed goods, which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return if the seal is removed after delivery,
If the goods are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature,
Contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which is agreed at the time of conclusion of the contract but which are also to be delivered no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract at the earliest and whose current value is subject to market fluctuations over which we cannot influence.
