Who should I contact with an issue?
If you’ve got an issue our friendly customer support team will be happy to help. You can reach them through the chat button below, by emailing contact@discountssss.com or sending us a direct message on Instagram or Facebook.
How long will someone take to come back to me?
We aim to reply to all enquiries within 24 hours, sadly during busier times this can take up to 48 hours.
Busier times include the run up to Christmas and when we have a batch of deliveries arriving from India.
If you’ve already messaged us about a return or a replacement then we will waive any rules around return periods while we work on getting back to you as soon as possible.
What should I do if I'm not satisfied with my support?
We have every faith that our customer support team will do everything possible to resolve your issue, but if you are not satisfied with the resolution please email a formal complaint to contact@discountssss.com where your issue will be investigated.
What should I do if I’m getting no response from customer services?
Our customer support team uses software to track all incoming and outgoing conversations. On rare occasions we have had customers not receive our messages due to failures with email. If you have not had any response after 2 working days (We have limited weekend hours) then please contact contact@discountssss.com and it will be dealt with as a priority.
